Selected by UPSC to the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) in 1989, George has worked in a variety of Railway Projects. He resigned in the year 1998, while being Dy.Chief Engineer. George, has more than 25 years of experience in infrastructure projects and has lead various projects in rail-road planning. In his capacity as Project Lead, he designed the complete rail related infrastructure for one of the first multi-modal logistics park in India and also headed total rail-road and related infrastructure planning for a dry port in Afghanistan connecting the Silk route. He is also an expert in Technical Arbitration.
